Tasty way to add protein to your diet
I have recently started to eat more of a vegan diet. I watch my protein intake closely to make sure I get enough. This helps me add protein. It doesn't taste like any cheese I have eaten, but it is similar to cheese. Almost like it could be another type of cheese. The best part is that I like the taste and it is easy to add to foods. I love that it is organic also and the price is very reasonable. I like that it has a scoop in the bag and it has a resealable zip lock. I will purchase again.

Great deal on nutritional yeast
This is a huge pouch of nutritional yeast. It comes with a fairly small scoop, but I swapped it out for a 2 Tablespoon coffee scoop. I add it to salads, soups, sauces, etc. This brand was a great deal.

Excellent! Best I’ve had
I’ve been eating nutritional yeast for thirty years and this is the best I’ve ever had. We’ve got a new brand. It’s slightly sweet, has a nutty yet floral depth. Creamy texture. It’s delicious in all my recipes and actually in a spoon all by itself. Yum! Love the B-vitamins too

Great Cheesy Flavor. Would Prefer More Consistently Flaky Content.
We had never tried this brand. We were a little weary because it is sold in a bag instead of a solid container. The contents of the bag have a bright yellow color, which they say comes from the fortified vitamins. The added nutrition from the fortified vitamins is helpful for those on a plant-based diet. It is a mix, with half of it being nice flakes, and the rest being powder. It must be harder to maintain the flake texture in a soft bag. Previously we bought Nutritional Yeast in a hard container that protected the texture. A flaky texture makes it easier to combine with prepared foods. Whereas the powder form may be easier for recipes.This product definitely has a very nice cheesy flavor to it. It goes well with many foods. It is a good product. We give it 4 stars only because we were looking for a more consistently flaky product.
