Very good for getting kids or toddlers to sleep without waking up with the exhaustion of melatonin aftermath because the melatonin is minimal in this product and is partially herbal.

These definitely work only need one, kid or adult, taste like a jellybean

The media could not be loaded. I bought these for my 4 year old to try. I give her one 30-40 mins before bedtime and it helps get her calmed down for our night routine. I love that it also has elderberry in it and she says they taste yummy, so that's definitely a plus 🙂

This product has helped keep my little ones in a simple bed time routine while falling asleep quickly! It tastes good as well as has the extra bonus of elderberry which helps keep their immune system strong!
