Bought these insoles a week ago to support my arthritic big toe. Was a bit expensive but well worth the price. Sizing is a bit strange, I wear a UK size 9 and the insoles I bought were a reasonable fit.Would recommend for anyone that wishes to stay active with hallux rigidus. The foot arch support is also nice.

Not a good fit
Size smaller than stated compared to asics running shoes by about an entire size. Useless for running. Too thick for day to day trainers caused terrible blisters on heel so i cant use them.
