Add a Sanlida bow to your collection
This Sanlida X9 is my first modern recurve/takedown bow. It is easy to assemble out of the box and use of the stringer becomes second nature after a few outings. My bows are low poundage due to shoulder issues these days but this bow cranks out pretty good velocity. Two silencers are included but one seems mTore than adequate though I've read comments about Sanlida bows being a little loud? The arrows included are not great even with some tuning, good shooting glove and the arm guard is a little small but effective. The quiver made by Sanlida is cool but mine seems to be made for a left handed shooter? All that said, great bow from the riser to the draw. I would add that your range time will be more productive using stiffer spined arrows, Traditional Only and Top Archery hit dead center off the string of a Sanlida, one of the best takedown recurves for the $$.

You will love the price and performance of this bow!
I'm new to archery and I purchased this bow totally on a whim. I figured for the price it was worth a try. The set comes with a good assortment of gear for the new archer and what you see in the picture is what you get. Once you get past stringing the bow it's mainly just a learning process. The only item not included is nock points for the string. I ordered some brass crimp on type. I wasn't sure how to install the string silencers so I was forced to unstring the bow, install the silencers and re-string it.Some reviews state that the included string is low quality, but I found it was okay for getting started. I have since replaced that string with a D97 string which is a little quieter. The bow shoots great, especially at 20 yards. I wouldn't recommend trying to take down game at 50 yards, but at 20 it's solid. I don't think the bow is too loud, but some reviews complain about the noise. It has a bit of a thwump when you let the arrow fly.I opted for some different arrows --not because these were low quality-- but rather they were hard to find when they go sailing out through the woods. I would recommend getting a different quiver and the wrist guard is uncomfortable. The glove fits great and believe me you will need it.My main advice to anyone looking to use this product is be patient and get familiar with it before you give up and say this bow doesn't work. Recurve bow shooting is an art. I'm not an expert, but I am much better than I was when I started. For the cost you cannot go wrong with this product. I highly recommend it.

Solid bow with everything needed
SanLida makes good bows. This one in particular comes with everything that’s needed. Arrows, arm guard, finger glove. It’s solid wood, nice design. The color is not my favorite but it’s ok. Bolts are limbs leveled, something that I like. Good bow for not much money.

Good overall but the fletching break really fast
The bow itself is awesome. It does what it’s supposed to do, feels and looks good. My issue is with the arrows. The fletching one on of them completely broke after being shot maybe 15 times. I get that it’s a kit and they’re not the best arrows out there, but the fletching should last longer than that. The red string on the bowstring that you knock the arrow on is unraveling a bit as well.I’m not using it wrong (so that’s not the problem), I have years of experience from college and got this to get back into archery. The other accessories are good. The glove is comfortable and the arm guard offers good protection. I’m not a fan of the quiver, but that’s because I prefer a hip quiver, so I’m not counting that against the product.Overall it’s great, I’m just kinda ticked off about the fletching.

Beautifully first time bow
This bow was easy to set up, the weight was great and I love the feel of it. It’s a sure bet for beginners. Even my kids pick it up and want to use it. I think the design grabs people’s attention and makes them want to get into archery. A solid pick for a first time bow.

Good deal
Nice bow very well made, I should have bought the 45-50 Ib bow, at 55 it feels like a nice upper body workout.
