Great set. Excited to finish these books.

I was diving back into fantasy novels and this was the perfect start. Pairs well with the Graphic Audiobook narrated by Dylan Lynch. The Perfect Shadow and Night Angel Nemesis are also recommended as a part of the collection to add on. Moving into the Shadowdance Series by David Dalglish next as a spiritual successor to this series. Dalglish was heavily inspired and influenced by Weeks and if you enjoy this trilogy Shadowdance will be right up your alley.

I've only read the first book so far. The first 500 or so pages was one of the best books I ever read, however the last 35 or so pages were disappointing. Anyway I still look forward to reading the next two books. Brent Weeks is definitely a very gifted author. I had already read the Lightbringer series which is awesome.

My wife had this series and loaned to a friend a few years ago, and, well, you know!! Anyway she's always regretted losing them and once or twice a year I look for the full set, either you can't find or they're more expensive than when new, the minute I saw this set I bought it, Great Read by an Incredible Writer, well worth it and on the hunt for his 2nd Series now.

Brent Weeks writes so well and I love his books. Devoured this series.
